Our History

Follow the Phoenix Client project timeline from the first idea to the client the community knows today.

  1. December 2021

    The Beginning

The Phoenix project began with a single goal: to build a better Minecraft experience for players. There was no organization behind it and no funding — only a clear idea and the commitment to see it through.

  2. February 2022

    The Community Takes Shape

The Phoenix Discord server launched and gathered its first 200 members. A number of those early members would later join the team and help shape the project's development.

  3. April 2022

    First Internal Build

The first working build of Phoenix was completed and distributed to the team and a select group of community members to begin testing.

  4. June 2022

    First Public Release

Phoenix published its first public version. The early build was taken offline after two weeks due to technical issues — an experience that made clear the need to rebuild the project's foundation.

  5. October 2023

    Early Access for Creators

A rewritten version of Phoenix entered early access and was made available to YouTubers and content creators. The feedback gathered during this period formed the basis for the final release.

  6. March 2024

    The Official Release

Phoenix launched officially — the version that would go on to surpass 100,000 users and become the client the community knows today.

  7. June 2026

    The Largest Gathering

The Phoenix team hosted the largest Minecraft gathering in Iran, featuring Milad148 and Babak Freequense.

  8. Looking Ahead

Development continues. The project's focus remains on refining performance, expanding launcher capabilities, and supporting more Minecraft versions — guided by the same goal it started with: building a faster, smoother, and more complete Minecraft experience.
